Brandon Beemer first became know to soap audiences when he was cast in the recurring role of Seth on General Hospital in 2005. In 2006, Beemer landed the role of Shawn Brady on Days of our Lives but was written off the show with co-star Martha Madison in early 2008. It didn't take Beemer long to find a new job in daytime, he was cast as Owen Knight on The Bold and the Beautiful just months later. In 2011, Beemer appeared on the E! reality show Dirty Soap alongside several other soap opera stars. In January 2012, Beemer was dropped to recurring status with B&B and last appeared at the end of February 2012. Beemer returned to DAYS as Shawn in January 2016 and was written out in September 2016 but returned in November 2016 until February 2017. Beemer made another return to DAYS in December 2017 and March 2018.
