Denise Alexander's daytime career started in 1966 when she was cast as Susan Hunter on Days of our Lives. Alexander would play Susan until 1973 when she left to join General Hospital as Lesley Webber. In 1984, Alexander left GH and two years later returned to daytime as Mary McKinnon on Another World. Alexander returned to GH in 1996 in a recurring capacity which allowed her to make a guest appearances on Sunset Beach in 1997 and 1998. Alexander has made various guest returns to GH since leaving full time in 2008.
