Brandon Barash joined General Hospital in 2007 as Johnny Zacchara. The role was initially recurring but Barash was upped to contract in November 2007. Barash has appeared in episodes of NCIS and Gilmore Girls. Barash will be appearing in 2013's The Mourning Hour. Barash left GH in May 2013 but has made return guest appearances. Barash appeared on Days of our Lives as Stefan DiMera from March to October 2019. Barash return to DAYS in April 2020 as Jake Lambert. In August 2022, Barash resumed the role of Stefan on DAYS.

Barash married Isabelle Devoto in 2022 and they share one child: Joaquin Lee Barash (b. 09/15/2023). Barash was married to Kirsten Storms from 2013 to 2016. They share one child: Harper Rose (b. 01/07/2014).
