Charles Keating daytime career began in 1983 when he joined Another Worldas Carl Hutchins, a role he played until 1985. From 1987-1988, Keating appeared on All My Children as Damon Lazarre and from 1989-1990, he played Niles Mason on As the World Turns. Keating returned to Another World in 1991. Keating left AW in 1998 but returned for the series final episode in 1999. Keating also appeared on Port Charles in 1997. Keating's most recent acting credit was in Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo. Keating spent the last years of his acting career on stage. Keating died on August 9 2014 at age 72 after battling cancer.
