James Pritchett first appeared on daytime in 1962 as Bruce Elliott on As the World Turns. From 1963-1982, Pritchett was a cast member of The Doctors where he played Matt Poweres. In the late 1980's, Pritchett had a small guest role on Guiding Light and in 1989 briefly played Bill Anderson on All My Children. Pritchett's last acting credit was in 1999's The Confession. Pritchett passed away on March 15, 2011.
