Matthew Cowles' first appeared on daytime in 1977 as Billy Clyde Tuggle on All My Children, a role he left in 1980. Cowles made a return appearance in 1984 and in 1986 he appeared on Loving as Eban Japes. Cowles last appeared on AMC in 1990. In 1997, Cowles joined The Bold and the Beautiful as Curtis Love. Cowles has continues to act regularly since leaving daytime. Cowles appears in the 2012 short Family on Board.  Cowles returned to AMC in 2013 when it premiered online. Cowles passed away on May 22, 2014 at the age of 69.

Personal LifeEdit

Cowles has been married to Christine Baranski since 10/15/1983. They have two children: Isabel (b. 1984) and Lily (b. 1987).
