Susan Seaforth Hayes first introduction to daytime was in 1963 as Dorothy Bradley on General Hospital. In 1965, Seaforth Hayes joined the cast of The Young Marrieds. Seaforth Hayes major Daytime role came in 1968 when she took over the role of Julie Olson on Days of our Lives, a role she has played on and off since than. When Seaforth Hayes left DAYS in 1984, she joined The Young and Restless as Joanna Manning. In 1999, Seaforth Hayes has a small run on Sunset Beach. Since Seaforth Hayes is a recurring guest star, she has been able to make a few guest appearances on The Young and the Restless as Joanna while still appearing as Julie on DAYS.
