Tracey E. Bregman's career in daytime started in 1978 when she joined Days of our Lives as Donna Craig, a role she would play until 1980 when she left the show. In 1985, Bregman joined The Young and the Restless as Lauren Fenmore. Bregman would play Lauren on Y&R until 1995 when the character crossed over to The Bold and the Beautiful. In 2001, Bregman returned to Y&R where she was on recurring status until April 2013 when she signed a contract again with the show.
Personal Life
Bregman was married to Ronald Recht (1987-2010) and they have two children: Austin (b. 1991) and Landon (b. 1996).
